MISSION
a new kind of volleyball leadership, making the fastest-growing women’s sport affordable and accessible to every girl who wants to play, creating competitive teams locally and nationally, supporting and mentoring other teams, schools, and clubs
WHY RESPECT?
Respect is given for others—their feelings, their traditions, their beliefs, their humanity.
Respect is given for the sport of volleyball—the skills, the competition, the joy of play.
Respect is earned for the skills and accomplishments we bring to the court, for the hard work and discipline required to be successful, for grit to compete against one’s self, always striving to be a better player than the day before, and for the attitude and intention with which we compete and support each other.
Respect is inclusive and creates equitable space for every girl with the desire to play.
